Zutaten

• 5 cl UNDONE NO. 4 MEXICAN SMOKY AGAVE 0.0
• 1 cl Fresh lime juice
• 0.5 cl Agave syrup
• THOMAS HENRY Pink Grapefruit
• Grapefruit zest & sea salt
• Ice Cubes

Zubereitung

• Fill a glass with ice cubes
• Add all ingredients (except for the Pink Grapefruit) and stir
• Top up with Pink Grapefruit
• Garnish with a grapefruit zest and a pinch of sea salt
